11日上午，电影《德水里五兄弟》在首尔市乐天影院建大入口店举行了制作发表会，尹相铉、黄灿盛、宋清晨、李光洙等主创出席活动。
在发表会上，2PM成员黄灿盛表示："前辈们都对我十分好。但是我在这部电影一面挑战了一个犹如斗鸡一样的角色。要说拍摄中最辛苦的部分，我认为就是打戏了，感觉就是在开机-挨打-休息-开机-挨打-休息，这样一直重复着生活。"
灿盛在电影中中饰演梦想成为警察的秀根。秀根和秀乔（尹相炫饰）是亲兄弟，与东秀（宋清晨饰）、贤贞（李雅依饰）因父母再婚成为家族关系。其中秀根是多血质性格，但内心存在温暖之情。
