少女时代成员秀英出席了9月4日在首尔麻浦区上岩洞MBC新大厦举行的MBC新水木剧《我人生的春天》制作发布会。 该剧将与KBS 2TV《Iron man》和SBS《对我而言，可爱的她》进行收视对决。
发布会上，秀英表示成员们都为自己加油打气，而男友郑京浩也给了自己关于演技方面的意见。当记者问起关于收视对决的问题时，秀英表示："我对我们的电视剧有自信。三部剧的故事发展方向都不一样，而我们的电视剧有我们自己的色彩和故事，所以我很有信心喜欢这种故事和感觉的观众们一定会喜欢我们的剧。"
此外，秀英还表示自己和同时段竞争电视剧的女主角Krystal、申世京很亲，私下还会互相应援。
